Objectives
- Live performance - cross-genre collaborative sound and screen composition.
- Simulcast of performance in Melbourne at suitable venues (eg. Federation Square).
- Successful promotion of public participation in pre-production phase of the project.
- Promotion of Open Access Licensing in Korea and Creative Commons in Australia.
- Establishment of bi-lingual (Korean/English) video, photo and sound upload service with a CopyLeft and CC licenses each of the 2 jurisdictions (Korea/Australia).
- Development and integration of a FOSS ( free and open source software)MMS (multimedia messaging service) gateway for mobile media support, giving validity to tools as a public access media making medium. Alternative may be to encourage telecomms providers to enable free access to MMS server for non-profit communications across civil society and community media makers.
- Sustained use of upload server beyond the life of the project, any tools developed specifically for the project to be available as a FOSS resource through APC and its membership.
