First Russian Anti-militarist Site
The Anti-militarist Radical Association (ARA) is an association of the Transnational Radical Party, a non-governmental organisation registered by the United Nations with first category consultative status.
They ARA has just launched what seems to be the first anti-militarist Web site in Russia. It carries news, initiatives, articles and discussions in Russian, English and Italian; instructions for using constitutional rights of conscientious objection in Russia (presently, only available in Russian); and an extensive listing of political sites available on the Internet sorted by country, with links to parties, organisations, governments, media and more from all around the world.
